Just by visiting the Living Pilates webpage you’ve taken the first step towards a better life.
Imagine the difference Pilates will make to your life: with Living Pilates you will learn the essential skills that will reshape your body, making you, leaner, longer, stronger and more supple. You’ll improve your posture, muscle tone and find the perfect balance between strength and flexibility.
If you are interested in taking classes, you will first, attend an Assessment Session.
During our session, we will talk about the information you have given on your Assessment form, look at your posture and the way you move. After that, I will be able to assess how you can best use Living Pilates and get even more out of life. The Assessment Session will last no more than 45 minutes.
After the Assessment Session, you may either choose to have a One-to-One session, or go right ahead and join a class. If you feel you want the extra attention a One-to-One session allows, you may book one at any time.
If you decide after your Assessment Session that Pilates is not for you, you don’t have to book any other session or course with us. We think this very unlikely; but Pilates is about enjoying life, and freedom of choice is a big part of that.
To book your Assessment Session, please complete the Assessment and Booking forms either online (your fee will be payable at time of assessment) or download the form here and print out and return in post with your payment so that I can arrange your appointment.
